Q: Where and when is the numbers / packet pick-up?
A:
Friday October 28, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm @  VFW at 311 Pleasant Street, Park behind and enter through the back.
Saturday October 29, 2016 from 7:00 am to 9:45 am  @ Front 
Entrance to VFWQ: Are there water stations?
A: Yes: For the 5K there is one on Fountain Street.
   For the Half there will be 51) On Cedar Street; 2) At Warren Center on Chestnut Street; 3) Near the boat launch in Ashland State Park; 4) On Woodland near West Union; 5) Along Front Street at Mile 10;  6) Near the Gate on Winter Street near Ashland Town Forest.

Q: Will there be a portable bathroom available on the course?
A: Yes, several at sites presently under determination.

Q: Will there be medical personnel available as the race proceeds?
A: Yes. The Massachusetts Medical Reserve Corp will have a tent at the VFW staffed by four to six trained medical personnel and RNs attending to runners and others with minor medical issues. The Ashland Fire Dept. will have a command center in place with communication ability to race officials and Ashland Police personnel as well as have 2 EMT equipped vehicles on course. Members of the Minute Man Repeater Association, a ham radio group, will also be stationed along the course with overall communications capability. Race personnel will sweep the course after the final runners go by, looking for anyone who may have injured themselves and escaped notice. If that’s you, please make yourself visible and apparent to the personnel in this vehicle.
